There would be two nights at the Stables, Friday 19th and Saturday 20th October. I'm running a bit short of Annual Leave as my holiday year runs from April to March, so I decided only to go to the Saturday night. The set lists are here from Friday as two of my friends went both nights and I thought it would be interesting to see the difference between both nights.

The Stables is a small intimate venue which Tony enjoys going to. The one thing I do not like is their strict no photography policy. I just don't get these policies, they could have a no flash photography rule. But wanting photos to put on here, that wasn't going to stop me.

The first half was a semi-acoustic and quieter set and we were sat down for the whole of it. We had seats on the left of the stage, so no chance of any photos from there. Three of my favourites from Tony's current set were included - Take That's 'Reach Out', Michael Buble's 'Home' and U2's 'With or Without You'. The first half flies by and it is soon time for the interval.

Interval over, I'd been told that the previous night there had been a rush for the front, so I was prepared for this and as soon as the band played the first chords, the front people were up and to the front. I managed to get to the second row of people standing, it was an ideal spot to take a few photos, but unfortunately after I had taken about 6, I got a tap on the shoulder and was told to stop. I had been careful to not get seen taking photos by the two stewards who were at the front, but the LCD on my camera must have been spotted by a steward behind, as I do not

know where she came from. I hadn't been using the flash, so was surprised that the photos weren't too bad. On another occasion, I would have probably discarded them as not good enough.

Song wise the second half really rocked and included another two of my favourites - 'Somebody Told Me' and 'I Predict a Riot'. Tony got his guitar out for 'Let's Stick Together, but a string broke, so he had to abandon this idea

After the show it was round to the stage door to get the prizes for Wendy's trek fundraising quiz signed and to meet Tony.
