Normally, if you are outside the UK you can’t watch it live or on catch-up. I have found this website which I have heard works in Europe http://www.watchallchannels.com/
There are other ways of watching TV from other countries but this seems the easiest. I am looking for a similar site to be able watch Italian TV.
